Over the past two decades, I have advised organisations in the luxury hospitality, travel, technology, and education sectors, where reputation, attentiveness, and structure are not optional but existential. I have worked with both global brands and ambitious start-ups, helping shape service models and operational frameworks to meet the expectations of increasingly demanding customers, guests, and stakeholders.

Alongside occasional advisory work, I am open to accepting appointments as a non-executive director. These roles extend the same perspective, bringing independence, clarity, and long-term thinking to boards where governance, organisational identity, and service culture intersect.
